Does My 7 Month Old Have Silent Reflux Our 20 Month Old Daughter Is Sleeping About 5-7 Hours In A 24 Hour Period. Is This Normal??

Our 20 month old daughter is sleeping about 5-7 hours in a 24 hour period. Is this normal?? - does my 7 month old have silent reflux

He used to suffer from acid reflux and colic. Apparently reflux and silent reflux is gone. We have tried everything, routine supplements for infants (chamomile peace, peace for children Strong), who drink or eat sweets, we consulted with your doctor, and nobody can help. We say it is their genetic makeup. They say he is hyperactive. My daughter is sleeping like a light. We could hear the slightest noise in his sleep, and that's all. It takes hours to fall asleep again. And 5-7 hours of sleep, she was so excited and sometimes wakes up and sleeps a lot less! It was also from the moment that the hospital made. It has never been a good boy. I tell the doctors and never take me seriously. I wonder if perhaps an underlying disease seems, because I read that there is a possibility, and they tell me very healthy. No one was there? ?

My nine years, yet never slept for 1 days. We have the problem of light sleep, but. Want to day, that seems cathching up? My son has. Have you tried one of these CD's when the dream? Keep lights dim to help. When she wakes up and thinks that too early, still trying to show his dark Nighty night to say things and keep calm. Lavender seemed a bit to get my son to sleep help. Maybe spray lavender on the pillow and blanket. I would not do if you have a bath, as I believe it would lead to have stayed.
My children sleep with a medical problem, but can not right for you. He is bipolar. How is their behavior? I do not know whether something could happen to sell, but I would be a second opion from a doctor who will listen to to get their concerns, only about nothing. Try melatonin is with our son, but her daughter very young. Do not try something w / o ads ConsultingOctors and do it under their supervision. If there is more at stake it'b be to your advantage to catch it early. Something in your gut feeling tells you something is wrong. Go to a professional who, who listens, you can see if anything happens. What's the worst that can happen? If you say there is nothing wrong, at least you have peace of mind and a reason to be grateful. Good luck to you!

BTW, if you have an instinct something with your children, listen to him! A few months ago, I knew that something was wrong with my son. She took him to the doctor, said he was fine. A few days later, took him to the emergency room, and vomiting. She said it was a new drug, which is good, they sent me home. She took him to another ER the next day, one foot had caught pnemonia too early.

If she has difficulty breathing during sleep (apnea or something else), then I recommend you take a white noise machine or simply a small box fan (ten dollars from Wal-Mart) and put him in his room near the nursery. Choking noise should contribute to the other noises in his house. Do not go and take advantage of when she cries. There seems to be spending trying to sleep all the time. They must try to sleep. She knows who will come to them to relieve sleep again. Help the sound of machine / fan should.

Hello, I have 4 children of my two daughters aged between 12 a.m. to 2 a.m. and two boys aged 6 and 1 Let me begin by saying that all children are different and some can work on ....( very little sleep in my own experience to start ....)

I had and still has the same problem as you. My old 6YR never slept well, until, until he 4th From the moment he was born.

I am currently in the same situation today with my 1 child for two years. It is the worst. It has been since the night when we brought home, who still wakes up to six times per night was! And when you sleep really torn and crystals and turns.

Both were / are healthy and very active ... more active than my daughters. I think it's genetic. I think they have a higher metabolism, just keeps going and going on very little sleep, just like some adults are able to run on very little sleep (me) and some must have at least 8-9 hours (the man), some are very light sleeper (me to sleep) and some in a tornado (man)

Can you or your spouse is on a little sleep? Or you are under sLeepers? If so, maybe that is when your child gets.

Now a simple solution to light sleep is restless and can get to air "/" her "machine. We have in each room ... Only if you do not know what it is: a machine that emits soothing sounds ... we are all "white noise" that the canyons and crevices of the house drowned.

They are sold everywhere ... have at Wal-Mart for $ 20. When you invest in, make sure that the choice of the flow. Some timers, and her daughter will be in effect when the sound goes.

I do not think that your child has an underlying disease. Maybe he's just a bit of noise must be "White" is very reassuring, and we need wherever we have stayed.

It is very hard, I know - only took 22 hours yesterday, b / c of my son and I still wake up with him 4 times last night.

To think that if I keep saying to themselves ... All this will happen! AndDay they will look back and tell their children how his mother was a night bird!

Good luck .... I know how it all!

5.7 is not normal! up to 20 months should be 10 to 12 hours of the night, and 1 to 3 hours during the day. Try to be very strict with the routine. A book to read and sleep. He takes the history of time means sleep early. When it comes out of the bed and say take the time to let her sleep in his belly. If this is the case resumed, and say nothing! in his stomach and abandoned. Continue as long as necessary. It can work 2 days to 2 weeks, but Dont Give Up. I doubt that there is a fundamental problem, because its been his routine since birth.

This is certainly not common to most children who need 12-15hrs of sleep at this age. Heck, I wouldnt be on 5-7 hours sleep per day to survive! Do you have a second or even third opinion? It's crazy, their worries, because they do not explain why not have to sleep gene dismissed? Perhaps if I had a day 8-9, I'm inclined to say it was OK, but only 5 times a day? It is not normal. I hope someone can help.

No Type I may ask? Wow .. What a resemblance! My son is 17 months is also bad dream. She wakes up at least 15 times more than 7 hours. She sleeps in our room (in a cradle, however). Nosiy I have a fan in our room. I must say that with the exception of the noisy fan would rise even more. You can hear the slightest noise, and wakes up. It was difficult to have seizures to one year old. I'm tired all day. But I must say that the fan was loud savings. Please try white noise. He atleast reduce the number of awakenings.
