Bacon Cheese Popcorn


4 liters of popcorn, jumped
1 / 3 C. butter or margarine
1 / 2 teaspoon season salt
1 / 2 teaspoon salt, Hickory Smoked
1 tablespoon cheese / 3 of the grated Parmesan or C. America
1 / 3 cup crumbled bacon

Pour the freshly made popcorn in a large bowl. Melt the butter, seasoned with
Salt and hickory smoke. Pour over popcorn, stir to coat. Sprinkle
with cheese and bacon. Toss again and serve hot




Spicy Cheese Popcorn
1 / 4 cup butter or margarine, melted
Paprika 1 / 2 teaspoon
1 / 2 teaspoon chili powder
1 / garlic salt 2 tablespoons of tea
1 / 4 c. Tea onion powder
8 cups popcorn
1 / cup grated Parmesan 4

Combine butter, paprika, chili powder, garlic salt and onion powderst. Pour over popcorn, popcorn to coat, throw. Turn the mass on a baking sheet. Bake at 325 degrees F for 7 to 10 minutes until crispy and once cast. Sprinkle with cheese and throw to coat. Let stand on baking sheet, stirring once or twice, as the mixture cools.

When chilled, divide into sandwich bags




Nacho Popcorn
1 teaspoon paprika
1 / 2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 / 2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 / 4 cup butter or margarine, melted
10 cups popcorn, hot
1 / cup Parmesan cheese 3

In a small bowl, paprika, pepper and cumin in butter or margarine, blend melted. Stir the mixture gently in butter evenly with popcorn, coating. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese to coat and throw.

Makes 10 cups




Garlic and Parmesan Popcorn
2 tablespoons corn oil
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 garlic cloves, divided
3 / 4 cup popcorn

1 clove garlic, minced
Pinch cayenne pepper

Smoking in a large pot, heat corn oil over high heat and, until the oil. Add 1 pop corn kernels and cook until the core POPs. Add garlic and divide the rest of the popcorn, cover and shake gently until corn begins to pop. Shake well before taking the POP from the heat. Remove garlic and throw popcorn with Parmesan, garlic, pepper and salt. Makes 6 servings





Grilled cheese popcorn
Yield: 8 cups

2 tablespoons melted boverall
1 / 2 teaspoon chili powder
1 / garlic salt 2 tablespoons of tea
1 / 4 c. Tea onion powder
8 cups popcorn
1 / 4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Mix butter and popcorn seasoning mix until well coated. Sprinkle with cheese, mix well.

Makes 8 cups.

I love this cheese popcorn! In desperation, I took the cheese powder that is used with boxes of Mac n Cheese, macaroni and for nothing else, it was pretty good.

unless food chemist I do not think you can powdered cheese popcorn at home .. But his superiors did not popcorn with grated cheese .. parm .. eg

mac and cheese mix, a few packages with cheese or Romano cheese, parm ... Pour in the popcorn warm. It is also really delicious if you add a little Old Bay Seasoning.
